Legal Policy: If you are currently involved in or planning to pursue a legal case related to your health, we cannot take you on as a patient as Dr. Tanio and his clinical team aren't available to testify on your behalf by deposition or testifying in court. This includes any lawsuit related to your health whether it be your landlord, employer, or other entity. As you have been informed upon becoming a patient of Rezilir Health under the care of Dr. Tanio or any other physicians, nurse practitioners employed by Rezilir Health, we do not get involved in legal cases. Therefore, should you become involved in a legal case regarding illnesses you are being treated for under the care of our team, you will be terminated from our practice and given referrals for the continuum of care. Your care will end 30 days from our offices being notified about your legal filings.
